IMPORTANT NOTICE

1. Please be advised that a charge of $150.00 will be added to your contact for dead battery if
vehicle lights are left on.

2. Vehicles must be returned at the same location received and keys surrendered to EDJ Touch
of Class Car Rental employees only, or otherwise instructed by a supervisor on duty. FAILURE
TO DO SO, VEHICLE REMAINS ON RENT TO CUSTOMER.

3. Drop Off Instructions: Vehicle should be returned in Car Rental Return parking lot at the airport. Before entering the parking lot, you must collect the parking ticket from the machine to enter the parking lot. Then you must park the vehicle, leave the ticket and key in vehicle under the driver's mat. Tale a picture of vehicle in the parking spot and send to either contact number provided.

Note: If parking ticket isn't left inside the vehicle, there will be a charge of $25.00 usd. 

4.Please Note: Rental vehicle must be returned at the allotted time received. Renter must also notify EDJ Car Rental agent when dropping off vehicle. If the vehicle is returned after two hours the renter will be charged for another day's rental.

5. Whenever possible, use guarded hotel parking lots.

6. All accidents must be reported immediately to the police 911 & EDJ Touch of Class Car
Rental 649-241-0778.

Please note failure to do so will result in the CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) Deductible
becoming Null and Void and the Renter will be fully responsible for all damage, also, in the
event there is evidence of Negligence or use of Drugs or Alcohol.

7. SMOKE FREE POLICY: Please note that smoking is prohibited in this vehicle.
A $250.00 recovery fee will be applied for vehicles returned with smoke odors.

8. FUEL POLICY: Same to Same, The Renter will receive the vehicle half full and when returning
the vehicle, it must be half full. Failure to do so will result in a $10.00 per gallon fuel fee.

9. There will be a minimum charge of $400.00 for damage or lost keys. Keys must not be taken
into water.

10. The Rental Contract and the Insurance is void if the rental car is driven by anyone other than
the authorized Renter or additional authorized driver. If the vehicle gets into an accident by an
unauthorized driver the renter will be full responsible for damages to the vehicle or issues
that arise from the accident.

11. If the vehicle is kept beyond the contract check-in-date it is considered overdue. Whenever a
car is considered overdue a report is automatically filled with the Police Authorities.
